The Meditation Toolbox is a step by step concept designed Jacinta Lanz. The goal is to make meditation approachable for everyone. In this workshop you will learn 6 simple tools which you can choose to use together or separately to create a strong foundation, or enhance your meditation practice.
With each tool, we will apply science and theory followed by a short practice. Equipped with our new skills, we will all join together in a longer medication practice at the end.
